Creating a step-by-step plan for your grip fighting game is probably easier than you think, but it does require some planning. In this video series, you'll get access to specific examples of different types of grip fighting drills, skills and situations. This isn't a bunch of theory . . . it's the tried and true information that I've learned, gathered and developed from years and years in the coaching and competitive trenches..... and it's all about getting solid results for you no matter if you are a coach or a player.
In this video series I am going to work with you on building out and upon your foundational grip fighting skills. This will start off like a tiny seed, this seed will grow into a huge tree because of all the attention to detail and repetition that you do because you want to be the best. If you already have some knowledge about lefty versus righty . . . cool. This series will enhance that and SUPERCHARGE your development. If you don't know much about lefty versus right but have been waiting for someone to teach you, well, this video series will be like steroids for your grip fighting game.
Even if you are a seasoned veteran, you can learn something new. Hell, I teach seasoned veterans everyday and they either need something new or need a new reminder about the old stuff that they know. And trust me when I tell you.... everyone could learn something new. A better way to do things, a new approach to a situation, a different setup, a different way to attack an old problem or a different voice that is saying the same thing that you just couldn't "hear" before.
Everyday it is your responsibility to add more tools to your competitive, instructional, and/or educational toolbelt. And I am going to show you the fastest, most efficient and most effective way that I know to teach and learn lefty vs. righty. And the great thing about it is that is does not involve taking a thousand ukemi or throwing your brains out. And it doesn't require that you get your brains beat out in order to learn it. (That way of learning a skill does work too and if that's how you want to learn..... be my guest!)
I'll show you how to build the rock solid grip fighting game that will be the basis and bedrock for getting you to win more matches and have the educational and informational "kuzushi" that you need in order to off-balance your competition.
There are 17 educational modules in the "Lefty Versus Righty: The Definitive Foundational Guide For The Kenka Yotsu Situation" course. And each module can stand alone on its own merit as each one lays down an important piece of the lefty vs. righty grip fighting foundation upon which the rest of your judo game development in tachiwaza depends.
I'm more than confident that you'll learn how to make your grip fighting game so robust that you will win matches and dominate randori sessions even if you suck at throwing and even if you can't do an uchimata to save your life.
Do I want you to get better at throwing? Hell YEAH!
But there's no reason why you should lose while you're getting better. You can AND SHOULD win while learning. Winning while getting better is the key. And you should have the option to do that because that's what all of the winners do -- They put themselves in a position to win while they keep developing.
