This did not begin as a “system.”
It began as a realization.
Years ago, while training and learning under Lloyd Irvin, I noticed something that consistently separated winners from everyone else.
Lloyd did not talk about motivation.
He did not care how hard you tried.
He did not care how tired you were.
He cared about position.
If you were in position, you won.
If you were not, you scrambled—until you lost.
And the more I watched, the clearer it became:
